As Computer Hardware & Software Support Specialist, you will gain the hardware skills needed to troubleshoot computers with Microsoft Windows operating systems and perform necessary upgrades and/or replace hardware and software to restore proper system functions. You will also gain the skills needed to install, configure and administer computers with Microsoft Windows XP Professional in medium to large computing environments.
Upon completion, you will be prepared to take the CompTIA A+ exam and the Microsoft Windows XP Professional (MCP 70-270) exams.
