As Network & Computer Support Specialist, you will gain the skills necessary to install, configure and troubleshoot basic networking hardware protocols and services. You will also gain the skills needed to install, configure and administer computers with Microsoft Windows XP Professional in medium to large computing environments.
Upon completion, you will be prepared to take the CompTIA Network+ exam and the Microsoft Windows XP Professional (MCP 70-270) exams.

Enrollment Eligibility
• Entrance examination score is equal to, or greater than GED or
equivalent grade level
