Students in the Medical Billing/Coding/Admin for Physicians & Hospitals program will study medical terminology, insurance billing and other general administrative skills to prepare them to serve as a Medical Secretary, Medical Receptionist, Medical Biller/Coder or Medical Office Manager in hospitals, clinics, doctors’ offices, insurance companies, HMOs, nursing homes, schools, and rehabilitation centers. Students completing this program will be prepared to take the applicable certification exams noted below.
