As Network & Computer Support Specialist, you will gain the skills necessary to install, configure and troubleshoot basic networking hardware protocols and services. You will also gain the fundamental knowledge of computer networks thru the CompTIA Network+ course, and you will obtain the skills needed to install, configure and administer computers with Microsoft Windows 7 in medium to large computing environments.

Upon completion, you will be prepared to take the CompTIA Network+ exam and the Microsoft Windows 7 Professional (MCTS 70-680) exams.
