It is important to note that while Veterans may qualify for loans or other assistance under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 at other educational institutions, OSC is not eligible for Title IV funds.

Therefore, Veterans wanting to enroll at OSC will need to qualify for one of the educational benefits listed above, or obtain private loans through other financial institutions or arranging interest-free tuition payment plan thru OSC. Furthermore, Veterans must be aware that by attending a school that is not able to provide them with Title IV financial aid, they may be able to obtain better loan terms if they were to obtain loans thru the private loan market or loans thru OSC.
